We believe one of the best contracts for the owner - client is the incentive package. Whereas, Diment Construction Company, Inc. would quote the project under hard money.  Hopefully, always in the owner's budget or negotiated to it.  Using tight control and cost tracking, try to bring the project under the contract amount and then share this savings with the client.  This could be upward to a fifty percent split.
